Three Avon Group companies were recently given the opportunity to present extensive group-wide automotive skills and capabilities to one of the UK’s largest automotive manufacturers at their European Technical Centre at Cranfield in Bedfordshire.
Experts from Avon Group’s specialist automotive suppliers AER Stafford, Avon TSA and P&D Manufacturing visited the Nissan Centre to discuss developments in engineering, manufacturing and materials with Nissan engineers and technical staff.
3M Thinsulate Preferred Converter
Presenting alongside 3M, as their sole UK Preferred Converter for 3M Thinsulate, the Avon Group team was also able to demonstrate the significant cost-saving advantages of using 3M’s Thinsulate material.
