Based on using customers’ own 2D or 3D files we use CAD techniques to design and fabricate tools to suit the material and production methods. We can advise on the most suitable tool material for the anticipated production volume of the product, ensuring maximum tool longevity and minimal maintenance.
With tool repair and maintenance facilities in-house, we’re able to minimise production downtime if tools require modification or repair in use.
