Tool Design & Production

Avon Group has a skilled team of tool designers and an efficient in-house tool making operation that services the needs of all Group companies. This gives us the ability to create tools quickly and to exacting quality standards. Based on using customers own 2D or 3D files we use CAD techniques to design and make tools best suited to the material and production methods used for manufacturing the product.

We’re also able to advise on the most suitable tool material for the anticipated production volume of the product, ensuring maximum tool longevity and minimal maintenance. With tool repair and maintenance facilities in-house, we’re able to minimise production downtime if tools require modification or repair in use.
