Every plant has dedicated quality management personnel with responsibility for managing and monitoring output. In addition to working practices that are governed and audited by international standards, management programmes such as 5S and Poka Yoke ensure the Group consistently outperforms its competitors in achieving 100% right first time and zero PPM.
