Avon Group offers comprehensive capability for the design and production of plastic injection moulded products and components. Our main sites are P&D Manufacturing and Edgewest Plastics, but we also have specialist injection moulding capacity at AER Stafford and Avon TSA.
Our extensive materials knowledge enables us to recommend the most appropriate material choice to meet every performance criteria. We work with engineering thermoplastics, reinforced materials, recycled grades, olefins, acrylic, polycarbonate, TPE and TPV materials.
Utilising the latest 3D CAD design technology alongside state of the art manufacturing equipment enables us to tackle every plastic moulding challenge ranging from a simple plastic lid to a high performance suspension mounting.
Our in-house print room is equipped with multiple multicolour pad printers and foiling machines to deliver the quality finish our customers required. We’re also equipped to test and assemble products and components employing industry standard quality control processes.
