Collaborating closely with customer design and engineering teams, we can manage the complete product development cycle from prototype through manufacturing trials to full production.
Our CAD capabilities include advanced 3D modelling and technical drawing using CATIA, enabling the efficient development of accurate, production-ready designs. We also carry out finite element analysis (FEA) using Abaqus to evaluate performance, strength, and durability, alongside mould and tooling design with FILLCALC to support efficient and cost-effective manufacturing.
Our rapid prototyping and 3D printing capabilities utilise a range of advanced technologies, including SLA, SLS, PolyJet and FDM, to accelerate product development and reduce lead times. By producing functional prototypes early in the design process, we enable faster design verification, more efficient testing, and the identification of potential issues before investing in production tooling.
We can manufacture prototypes in a wide variety of materials, including both rigid and flexible substrates, to closely replicate the performance of the final product. ABS and ASA prototypes are particularly useful for assessing fit, form and function, allowing mating parts and assembled components to be evaluated with confidence prior to production.
Expertise in a wide range of materials including technical foams, elastomers and rubbers, plastics, non-woven fabrics and insulation enables us to work with customers to specify the right material combinations.
