Avon Group has developed extensive expertise in thermo forming materials into a huge variety of shapes and with numerous finishes to create light weight, high performance products and components for a wide range of industrial applications.

With the skills and equipment to thermo form many plastic and foam materials, we have devised ways to create products that have distinct added benefits in terms of functionality, performance and cost. Our twin sheet thermo forming process is unique and allows us to create objects that have a hollow interior, creating, for example, exciting opportunities for lightweight foam ducting.
Our engineering design skills and manufacturing capability have also enabled us to lead the market in creating vacuum formed foams and plastics, often bonded together, to create highly effective protection products for the automotive and industrial manufacturing sectors.
