Showcasing Group capability

Three Avon Group companies were recently given the opportunity to present extensive group-wide skills and capabilities to one of the UK’s largest automotive manufacturers at their European Technical Centre at Cranfield in Bedfordshire. AER Stafford, Avon TSA and P&D Manufacturing all visited the Nissan Centre to discuss developments in engineering, manufacturing and materials with Nissan engineers and technical staff. Presenting alongside 3M, as their ‘UK preferred converter’, the Avon Group team was also able to demonstrate the significant cost-saving advantages of using 3M’s Thinsulate material.
