New machine increases NVH capacity

The recent installation of a new 250 tonne die-cutting and thermoforming machine at AER Stafford has created improved productivity and increased capacity for the production of NVH products for the automotive market and, in particular, in preparation for a new contract for BMW due to start in October. Charles Bamford, Managing Director said “The new press enables the company to die-cut, form and laminate in one operation, increasing our productivity and freeing-up much needed additional capacity on other machines to enable us to take -on important new contracts”
