Group strengthens finance team

A new Group Finance Director and Finance Controller have recently been appointed to strengthen Avon Group’s finance team at its Bristol HQ. Both appointments will support the Group’s drive towards improving its financial management in support of its goal to become a £100m turnover business within the next 3 years. Mark Watts (left), who joins as Group Finance Director, brings extensive operational, commercial and strategic experience in senior finance positions in the UK and overseas. Les Kozel (right), who joins as Group Finance Controller is a qualified management accountant and has over 30 years’ experience of managing growth in senior roles for listed and international companies.
