Group acquires Nitto plant

Avon Group has acquired all the plant and machinery following the closure of Nitto UK’s material conversion business in Mansfield.

Stephen Thomas, Group Sales & Purchasing Director said “Nitto’s departure from the UK conversion market has already meant we have picked-up significant additional business as Nitto’s UK customers look for an alternative materials converter. The acquisition of their plant and machinery will enable us to offer the same capability and continuity of service to all their customers. Former Nitto UK customers will also benefit from the more extensive conversion and manufacturing facilities across our Group.”
