Building strength through diversification

Increasing diversification across the Group’s nine operating businesses has underpinned continued growth during a challenging economic period. An increased emphasis on product development and innovation has led to expansion into new markets. “Whilst we have a strong reputation in the automotive sector, the Group also has a significant presence in other markets”, says Steve Thomas, Group Sales Director. “Many of our recent successes have been in developing bespoke engineered components, manufactured in plastic, rubber or foam for customers in such diverse markets as packaging, filtration, HVAC, heat protection & insulation and construction. Our combination of a problem-solving approach, innovative engineering expertise and access to a specialist material supply chain means we can solve a myriad of issues for industrial, manufacturing and commercial customers, no matter what sector they operate in.”
