Avon leads the way

Avon Group has a strong set of values that guide the way our staff behave and interact with both colleagues and customers – these are often referred to as The Avon Way of doing things. To communicate these values more effectively “The Avon Way” has now adopted its own fresh identity in a logo and branding scheme that more clearly conveys the Group’s five core values to staff and customers. The colours of the logo denote each of these values; Care, Courtesy, Commitment, Responsibility and Pride. This clear and strong commitment to core values is an important step on the Group’s journey to become recognised as ‘World Class’ in everything it does.
