A landmark year for AGM Bristol

AGM Bristol has closed its 2024–25 financial year in strong form, exceeding its sales target and recording its highest ever monthly sales figure – surpassing half a million pounds in March 2026 for the first time in the company’s history.

The result was driven in part by the return of all Rangemaster insulation work to Avon Group after almost a decade. AGM Bristol leads the relationship, with production shared across several sites in the group, ensuring daily just-in-time deliveries for the customer.

Alongside the Rangemaster work, AGM Bristol delivered over six figures of new business from new customers and completed more than 150 new sample jobs during the year – a strong indicator of the pipeline being built for the years ahead.

Investing in the factory

The commercial progress has been matched by investment in the facility itself. Work is under way to transform the factory floor, with improvements to staff welfare and 6S standards – the manufacturing discipline of Sort, Set, Shine, Standardise, Sustain and Safety, which together create a well-organised, efficient and safe working environment.

General Manager Ian Hardwick said, “The goal is a facility that reflects the quality and capability of the business, and we look forward to welcoming more customers to see what we have achieved.”
