Acousta Products‘ priorities remain consistent: reliable service, consistent quality, and operational improvement. The changes introduced over recent months, including cross-training, more flexible working practices, and tighter processes, are already having an impact.
New business
The company is building new business, particularly in bespoke lineside and packaging foam solutions. The company has recently secured a project supplying lineside packaging designed to protect vehicle components during handling and transit on the assembly line.
It is also finalising a significant new contract with a leading British home decoration brand, building on work completed in 2023. With new designs now launching, the company is well placed to supply the foam components required.
Recruitment
Acousta Products is actively recruiting across the business – in sales, QHSE, administration, and production – as it continues to build capacity for the next phase of growth.
The Avon transformation
April marks the start of a major project at the Telford production site. Unit 1 is being completely cleared: cladding repairs are underway, internal structures are being stripped out, and machinery is being relocated across the site.
Planned improvements include new LED lighting, new flooring, refreshed walls, and upgrades to steelwork and roofing. The aim is a facility that matches the capability already in place – modern, functional, and something the whole team can take pride in.
Robert Hamilton, General Manager, said: “What truly sets us apart is our people. The teamwork, adaptability, and determination shown across the business continue to stand out.”
