Following AER Stafford’s success in completing a rigorous supplier audit for Bentley last year, three Avon Group companies have successfully passed VDA audits for Volkswagen Group.

A VDA audit is a strict process-based audit standard developed by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA). It evaluates the quality and reliability of a company’s manufacturing, development and project management processes. It is highly specialised and focuses directly on the production life cycle. The standard is used by German auto manufacturers and their global supply chains to mitigate risks and ensure product quality.
