Recent investment at foam converter AcoustaProducts in Telford Is designed to meet ever increasing demands, not only for increased capacity but also for higher quality and health and safety standards.
Investment in a new foam log-cutter has already seen demand for log-cut foam rolls increase at the Telford-based company. “The new machine will not only enable us to increase the volume and speed we’re able to deliver product to our customers but also release capacity elsewhere in the production process.” said Robert Hamilton, General Manager.
The new log-cutter is made by Cevenini in Italy.
Work to improve the organisation of the production areas, materials handling and warehousing is also underway to maximise productivity.
There has also been significant recent investment in the recruitment and training of skilled staff members to maintain the company’s reputation for a highly responsive service.
